Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

We are 100% vegan and Leaping Bunny certified  

Are your products natural?

As 'natural' as they can be! The term 'natural' is not regulated and is interpreted differently by everyone. ( Check out my blog post for my information ) Even natural stuff is a chemical! Effective ingredients are something I'm very passionate about and will always use ingredients that are good for your skin. No fillers. There is a bit of science here and there to stabilize a product or increase its overall performance. I can in good conscience stand behind everything my products contain. Only the good stuff! Body care does contain fragrance blends which are all :

  • Phthalate free
  • Vegan friendly
  • Cruelty free
  • Non-GMO
  • Soy-free
  • Gluten-free
  • Alcohol free

They also contain organic essential oils. 

Facial care does not contain any fragrance or colorant. 

What are your products formulated without?

I will never include cornstarch, SLS, parabens, phthalates, mineral oil, animal derived ingredients,urea, food coloring or formaldehyde. These things are either health concerns, detrimental to the skin or not part of MY moral code. 

Do you give free samples?

Each order comes with a goodie bag that does contain one random sample. Due to availability I cannot take requests for free samples. Samples are not guaranteed and are not replaced if accidentally left out or supplies run out. 

Coupon Codes + Redeeming Rewards

Only one discount can be applied per order. They cannot be applied after you’ve completed your order. Multiple orders placed cannot have the discount later applied to all orders if it was redeemed previously. 

Ghoulie Points are redeemed for a unique discount code that can be entered at time of checkout. This system is automated and cannot be modified. 

Ghoulie Points cannot be redeemed for cash. This is a fun little extra as a thank you for your support. 

Why is your store empty? When are you restocking xxx product?

Do you issue refunds?

Refunds are only accepted if the items are damaged and unusable. Please email with a photo immediately if this has happened so I can issue a refund or a replacement item. No questions asked! Shipping is not refundable.

  • I cannot refund or replace melted products. If you live in a hot climate or your package will sit in a hot area (porch, mailbox etc) please contact your post office to HOLD YOUR PACKAGES. Please consider this before purchasing scrubs and purchasing these products during colder months to stock up.
  • Refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
  • Refunds are not accepted due to allergic reaction or dislike of a product. All ingredients are listed on the website as well as on the package. Want to destash that unloved product? Head here to sell it!

Packages that are returned due to invalid shipping address will be refunded without notice. Shipping is non refundable and a restock fee will be deducted. Please ensure all of your information is correct before placing an order.

Sorry due to some past issues all sales are final and cannot be modified or canceled

Questions about SHIPPING
How long will it take to receive my order?
Normal turn around time is 5-7 business days due to the fact that this is a one Ghoul operation. Delays are a possibility but I work my hardest to fulfill orders within that time frame. This doesn't include shipping time. Always check the top of the site for current TAT.
Does shipping really cost that much?!
If you live outside New England yes, especially if you live in California. I always recommend playing around with adding items to your cart. I do not make any money on shipping, the price you pay is actual shipping cost plus a small cost (under $1) for shipping supplies. Refunds are always issued if there are any overages. Take advantage of filling up on a Flat Rate Box option!
I have more than 1 order, can you combine them?
Of course, you MUST email me with your full name and order numbers to have your orders combined. Due to the high volume I cannot manually check to see who has what. You will be refunded the combined shipping differences if there are any. Orders that are both First Class Mail will usually ship Priority due to weight and there is rarely a time when you will be refunded due to the price jump between services.
I haven't received any information about my order, has it shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking number once the order has been fulfilled. You can easily track your order using the link provided. There will not be any other emails unless there are delays or a question about your order and then I will contact you with the email you provided. Haven't received any info and its past the TAT? Email me!
We now offer world wide shipping based on weight . Please be aware it does not include possible taxes, VAT, import fees etc. Those are buyers responsibility. Packages will not be marked as "gifts". Please be aware what can and cannot be shipped to your country, any returned to sender items are subject to above mentioned fees.
Everything is hand made and done by one person. Right down to the me hand cutting labels. Buying from small businesses is amazing but please remember that there's a person who's ensuring you're getting the best quality items and making them by hand. Yay!
